Digital Vouchers: Once you redeem your gift voucher, digital vouchers are sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

Physical Products: If you redeem a gift voucher for physical products, standard shipping times apply based on the vendor and your location:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Depending on the shipping method and the vendor’s location, delivery can take 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on product availability, vendor location, and your shipping destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Digital Vouchers: Digital gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned once issued. Please ensure you choose your vouchers carefully.

Returns or exchanges for physical products depend on the individual vendor's policies. If you need to return an item, please contact the vendor directly using the information provided with your order confirmation.

If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at support@eperks.in and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds

Digital Vouchers: As digital gift vouchers are non-returnable, refunds are generally not provided unless an error occurred in the issuance of the voucher. Please contact us immediately if you experience an issue.

Physical Products: Refunds for returned items will be processed according to the vendor's policy. Once your return is received and inspected, the vendor will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment.
